1. We stand behind all items we sell, and we will not charge handling fees in case you wish to return or exchange.
2. If you are not at all satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us. We will replace the product or refund you.
3. In case you receive a faulty or defective item, we will bear all the return shipping charges to you.
4. If the return was caused due to your fault (wrong color, size, style…etc), you will be responsible for the shipping fees. and the returned products will be subject to a restocking fee. Returns that have not been opened will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Non-defective returns that have been opened will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
5. You will get the product refunded to you if the items that you want to be replaced are out of stock.
6. Customized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a quality issue.
7. All underwear or intimates cannot be returned or exchanged.
